Barn White Policies

Pricing Policy
Barn White is committed to offering quality merchandise at fair, competitive prices. In most cases, the internet prices will reflect store prices. However, there may be some exceptions. Listed prices are in U.S. Dollars. Internet sale prices expire at midnight Central time on the date displayed for the item. Prices and sales are subject to change without notice. Barn White reserves the right to not complete any website transaction due to pricing errors or due to discontinued or unavailable product. Funds paid will be refunded. Merchandise available through our online site; BarnWhite.com, may not be available in our store.

Shipping Policy
Orders requesting regular shipping are shipped within 2 business days. Items that are very large or fragile may include an additional shipping charge. Items in multi-item order may be shipped separately.

Online Return Policy
Subject to the following conditions, the merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned to our Barn White location. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Barn White offers a UPS return label you can print from your computer and attach to the return package. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.

Barn White will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or Barn White will issue a Barn White credit, at the customer’s choice, when each of the conditions has been met: (1) Merchandise will be accepted for return for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the receipt or at point of sale; and (2) The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer’s defect; and (3) The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Barn White Receipt. Personalized items and clearance items marked down cannot be returned.
If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a credit card or Pay Pal account and we credit your account, the credit will show on the statement you receive after the issuing bank applies the credit. If you exchange merchandise, your credit card will be credited for the return and sale rung for the new merchandise.

Gift Wrapping Policy

Barn White offers complementary gift wrapping for all our bridal registry gifts. We also offer a hand written message on an enclosure card to go with your gift. If you frequently give Barn White gifts, we will also keep your personal enclosure cards on hand in our store for your gift giving. Simply mail your enclosure cards to Barn White and we will keep them on file or if you are local, come by Barn White and drop them off to us.

Tax Information

Barn White operates in Texas. Law requires us to collect all state taxes that are applicable, based on the order’s “ship to” address. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order at order completion time. Tax rates are subject to change at any time.

Barn White respects your concerns about privacy and has instituted procedures intended to protect and treat personal information in a safe and reliable manner.
Customer information is used to improve our website content and to enhance the online shopping experience. Any private information entered on the website is confidential.
Some personal information is gathered when you register on our website. During registration, we ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. We use this information in order to fully satisfy your orders, ship your purchases to you or to your chosen recipient, and to contact you if there are any questions about your order.

You may purchase online merchandise by calling our toll-free number: 1-800-890-7637 during our regular business hours (9:30 am to 6:00 pm CST) Monday through Saturday. One of our Barn White customer sales staff will gladly take your order.

Barn White will not share any information with any third party, except for that required to be shared with our credit card processor in order to process payments for purchases.

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the State of Texas and the County of Hidalgo, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us or our affiliates.

Registry Purchasing

Finding a Registry: Simply click on the “Find Registry” tab and a list of all couples registered will appear. Click on the Listing for the couple whose registry you would like to see.

Selecting a Gift: Enter the quantity of the item you have selected and click the “add to cart” button. If you would like to choose another gift from that registry, click the “Back to Registry” button and it will take you to the registry you were browsing from. Or if you would like to checkout, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Logging in to your account: If you are not already logged in to the website, you will be asked to do so before proceeding with checking out of the online store. During registration, we ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. We use this information in order to fully satisfy your orders, ship your purchases to you or to your chosen recipient, and to contact you if there are any questions about your order.

Enclosure Card

During the checkout process there will be a box under Product Options for you to leave a message with your gift. We will hand write your message on an enclosure card and put it with your gift. If you have your own enclosure cards on file at Barn White, please remind us at this time.

Gift Card Notices:

Your gift selection will be announced with an elegant Gift Notice that will be delivered to the couple. The gift will be delivered to the couple when they decide the time is right. If an item is not in stock, a Gift Card will be issued and the item will be ordered.
